Temporary Work Permit for Tool and Die Makers
If you are a Tool and Die maker, you might qualify to work in Canada on a temporary work permit.

In order to work in the Tool and Die Industry you need the following minimum requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
technical or trade school certificate or equivalent (i. e., Completed Certificate of Apprenticeship)
Working proficiency in English and/or French.

Working proficiency in English and/or French.
Five (5) years experience as a Journeyperson, after completion of technical or trade school certificate or equivalent.
Three occupations have been identified by the industry as being in short supply and have been included in the program:
Mould Maker
Foundry Pattern Maker
Tool and Die Maker

Tool and Die Maker

Apply for the job and after you have received a job offer, you must apply to CIC for a work permit, and a visitor's visa at a Canadian Embassy
A worker will be allowed entry to Canada only after a work permit is approved.
